Three Blog Awards from 9 to 5 nails

Hey everyone! I’m still taking a break from blogging, but I will be back soon. I was recently nominated by 9 to 5 nails for three blog awards. Thank you so much! The awards are The Versatile Blogger Award, The Very Inspiring Blogger Award, and One Lovely Blog Award. Thank you! Each award requires the recipient to give 7 facts about themselves (which means 21 facts about me, I’ll try).

1. I really like to drink water, but it has to be cold, otherwise I think it’s gross.
2. I love dogs (like a lot) and have three of them (Ruger, Cody, and Louis).
3. I tolerate cats and have 2 (Bridget and Ursula).
4. I love my college and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for school.
5. I have a terrible sleep schedule (I would rather stay up all night and sleep during the day), although it is getting slightly better.
6. I think I want to become a social worker in the future, so I’ll be going to grad school (yay, more school – not).
7. On of my pet peeves is when people ask questions that could be answered in about 5 seconds by going to google and looking for the answer themselves.
8. I like to watch documentaries (crime/prison documentaries in particular).
9. I’m super sarcastic in person.
10. I tend to procrastinate on school assignments, I always get them done though.
11. I made the Dean’s List last semester so whenever I do/say something stupid, my boyfriend makes fun of me for it.
12. I have Facebook, Twitter, Bloglovin’, Pinterest, Instagram, and Tumblr accounts.
13. I play the piccolo in my college marching band.
14. I have enough college credits (while in college, not AP or community college credits) to be a senior even though this is only my third year, but I have 20 units left to take so I’ll be graduating next May.
15. I used to have a 1967 Ford Mustang, but had to sell it.
16. The name of my blog (REW Does Nails) comes from my initials, Rachel Elizabeth Walther.
17. I am majoring in Family Studies and Human Development with a minor in Psychology.
18. I’m shy when I first meet someone and while this may last for a while, when I get to know someone I can talk forever.
19. I’m a volunteer with a mentoring group in Tucson.
20. I volunteer at the Sacramento Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals as a dog walker on my school breaks (although I slacked last summer and winter break, I’m going to try to go at least once a week this summer).
21. I’m 21 years old (and a lame one according to my sister) and my birthday is December 3!
